Ok all, so when we aren't out chasing Bambi all over woods or fishing for a lunker...a person has to EAT! Here are some recipes that Beau and I came up with a few years ago after slaying some large Blue Gill at his pond. My favorite was the Fried Ranch recipe. We made some of these a couple years ago when we took our youth group fishing and the kids LOVED it. Enjoy!

All recipes call for 2 fish or 1/2 lbs (dry) so mix accordingly
